Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, where several items were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (leap42 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Wacholderstraße 42, 40489 Düsseldorf, email: support@bikepass.eu) of your decision by means of a clear statement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods to us within fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses if you have agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
