Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,
- at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods;
- on the date on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that multiple items were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (leap42 UG (limited liability), Wacholderstraße 42, 40489 Düsseldorf, email: support@bikepass.eu) of your decision by means of a clear statement.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice of cancellation.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
You must send back the goods to us within fourteen days. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For digital content, your right of withdrawal expires if you have agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed that you are waiving your right of withdrawal.
